Terms of use and refunds

How it works

Access is unlimited within the period: you use it as much as you want, with no per-token billing and no surprise on the invoice. The per-token cost is OURS — every chat message and every API request consumes tokens that we pay, in real time, to the model providers. That cost is real and immediate and, once spent, does not come back to us.

It is a one-off payment that unlocks 30 days, with no auto-renewal. When you complete the purchase you receive an API key that is shown only once — keep it safe, because we cannot display it again.

Refunds

Once access has been used, the payment is NOT refundable: the service was already delivered and the cost of the tokens we generated for you was already paid to the providers. Refunding after use would be a direct loss for us, because that spend already happened and cannot be recovered.

Right of withdrawal (7 days): if you have NOT used the access yet — no tokens consumed — you may cancel for a full refund within 7 days of purchase, in line with consumer-protection law.

Opening a dispute or chargeback outside our official channels, without first contacting support, after an authorized purchase has been used, violates these Terms and may result in a permanent ban from the account and platform, without a refund. If a charge is genuinely unrecognized, fraudulent or the service failed to be delivered, notify your bank and our support immediately so we can investigate — nothing in this clause limits rights provided by law.

Fair use and personal account

Your account and API key are personal and non-transferable. Sharing, reselling or handing the access to third parties is not allowed and may lead to suspension, without a refund.

There is a single per-minute anti-abuse limit — a request cap that nobody using the platform normally ever reaches. Ordinary use, even heavy, stays well clear of it; it exists only to stop abusive automation and attacks, not your day-to-day.

If we detect patterns that are not personal use — the same key used by many people or machines at once, reselling, or automation built to drain capacity — we may limit or suspend the access to protect the platform and everyone else.

How we can charge so little for such expensive models

We buy capacity in volume and spread the load across providers according to what is available at each moment. Because most people use far less than the peak, the average lands well below the list price per token — and that is what lets us charge a fraction of the full price.

That balance depends on usage staying distributed and personal. That is why the fair use above matters: it is what keeps the price low for everyone.
